The City of Long Beach Redevelopment Agency selected Kluger Architects for the Bixby Knolls projects, in part, because of the company's dedication to their client's "aesthetic values."

According to the firm's website, "the existing buildings [are] to receive a new, updated and timeless façade treatment consistent with the character of the Bixby Knolls area. Updating the façade will enliven Atlantic Boulevard and beautify the area, for pedestrian and car traffic alike."
